Any skills you are missing are probably the attacks that they get from the bonus dungeon. They each get one. I know Dororo gets Shishisenkou (Beast), Giroro gets Ancient Requiem and Kululu gets Indignation, but that's all I know right now.

EDIT: Okay, I take that back. I only don't know Keroro's. Keroro's bonus attack is Senretsu Nokku, which seems to be a modified version of Kishinsenretsu Nokku (Reaper's Knock). Not sure what it translates to. Tamama's bonus attack is Ikasu Hip.
Giroro gets Ancient Req? Sweet!
I'm assuming their bonus attacks are based off their Tales VAs cause didn't each of them have those moves?

You gotta beat the dungeon fully to unlock them? I'm not even done with the main story yet! FFFFFF!
I can't finish the dungeon, I need someone to step on the buttons on the floor. Any ideas how?
I was wondering something. You know how when you level up and learn a new move, it shows a quick screen showing who learns it, and the name of the move in red letters? I get the same screen a lot of times, except with yellow/orange letters. I can't find any direct changes, so could someone clarify what this means exactly?

Pain n Sorrow: Ok, that's good. Just to be sure, could you read the files, or actually open them into something that looked like it'd be comprehensible? Ruka sent me a PM back saying he couldn't make heads nor tails from the data.

Same problems here, what japanese text reader program your using?
Per level you may learn a new move but when you reached level 30, it jumps like you learned a move from level 31 then the next level your gonna get another is at level 36.
I opened them with MS Word (Japanese encoding, Shift-JIS), and the first 4 or so I randomly opened looked like they were perfectly comprehensible text. So I assumed they'd work.

Editokay, I just opened a couple of them again, and a lot of them indeed display no more than a few characters. But some of them seem comprehensible. Could you try opening "_Data\System\WeaponData\WeaponInfo.dat" and "_Data\System\SupportData\SupportInfo.dat"? When opened, Word seems to automatically jump to Japanese encoding, and whole blocks of text come out.

Edit2Ok, it seems most, if not all files whose name ends with "Info" are readable (or look readable to me, at least), the ones that end with Data are not. It could be that they're just a few variables for the attack, meaning it'd say only some small code language.

ScriptMovie may also be readable. GuideData (from the Guideinfo) also seems comprehensible. All files in the System folder that end with Info also seem comprehensible.

Trying those will probably be the best bet.
Nope it's not yet readable. I only got symbols. Post a print screen.

I know sometimes it's a title, but I also have not found what it could possibly be.
Maybe it has to do with cooking because I keep getting new recipes at random times. I know when I do cook it's in the same colors.

Man, I got told what's in round 6 of the arena and it just gets worst and worst. Haha!

Ok, I'm a little stuck, but I think I might have figured it out, but in the windy part of the game where you have to hide behind rocks or get blown away...you gotta use Dororo, don't you? Since he's fast.
I'm getting tired of the random battles there because I'm leveling too much. =/

Mostly based. Tamama's respective Tales character was an NPC in Innocence. Ikasu Hip is an arte used by Mighty Kongman, the first Hand-to-hand fighter in the Tales series. But yeah, you have to either earn them in the bonus dungeon or beat it.
I had figured Tamama was more based off Khang, then that mouse thing. Pretty sweet info on the bonus moves.

Alright thanks for the help, Yuri. Hmmm I guess I'll just finish the main story then focus on the other things in the game for the guide. I'll finish up Giroro's arte list soon.
Arena will be my next focus.
