Official Keroro World Club Rules
Before making a KeroroWorld Club, please follow the Official Club Rules below. The KeroroWorld Official Forum Rules also apply in this forum.
-Clubs must have an adequate purpose.
It may seem simple, but the Club you make must be about a Topic/Character/Etc. If the club is called “Giroro Fan Club”, then the club must be about Giroro, not about Tamama drinking Cola. Clubs may also be non-Keroro related. Clubs must have an introduction explaining what the club is about. Do not create repeat/extremely similar clubs otherwise you will receive a warning. Also, do not create offensive/innapropriate Clubs.
-Clubs must have written rules.
All Clubs must have a list of Club rules to follow. Clubs must have a minimum of five rules. This is to ensure that the Club will run smoothly and will be well organized.
-Clubs must have moderator approval.
Clubs must have moderator approval before they can be made. This is to ensure that every Club is well organized and to prevent repeat clubs. It is recommended that you PM a staff member to get approval instead of posting the thread without telling a staff member first.
-Clubs with lack of activity for 3 months will be locked.
If a Club has no activity for three or more months, the Club will be locked. Club owners can request to a staff member to lock their Club temporarily to prevent a permanent lock (An example would be if a Club Owner is going on vacation for a month and wants a temporary Club lock). It is possible to double post for club updates within one month, but no triple posting is allowed.
There is no limit on how many clubs you can join and how many you can create, but do not create too many clubs if you feel you cannot handle managing many clubs. Clubs are allowed to affiliate, have contests, etc.
