Kind of like what KPHQ has? I like the idea. Maybe there could also be a separate chat for live RPing or something ..-shrugs-

Ohhh, I've joined a forum which has a chatbox that works like this, it also has separate channels, like RP or Game discussion.
Yeah, maybe the kind of chatbox where you must register for the forums to chat, along with chatbox staff sounds like a wonderful idea.
Having to use alternatives like Skype or DeviantArt might be a bit annoying.

On a Final Fantasy XIII forum I go to, there is a chat that is directly connected to the forums and not a '3rd party'.

Not sure if MyBB has a chat plugin or not. A third party chat is out of the question, guys. If we DO get a chatbox, it will need major, major moderating because the last chatbox was chalk full of unneeded, immature drama.

Right now, a chatbox isn't a priority. I will, however, look into it, and see if I can find a plug-in.

There is a chat plugin, the forum moderators can moderate the chatbox as well, oh and I can teach you guys the commands if you want, pretty simple.

I am going to bring this up to Fob to see what he thinks. I do not want to mod this chat, lol.

Is there any way to get mods on the chat that don't mod the actual forums?

Well, you could make a separate usergroup, like Chatbox moderators.

I'm really not sure, I could ask FusiouS(owner of TF)about that, I'm sure he'd be happy to tell me, i can continue this on VMs if you like.

I think I will just keep the normal mods on the chat..
There is always a mod online here at KWF, so if trouble brews, just contact any staff member who is currently browsing the forums.
