Keroro World has gone artistic and we have set up a Deviant Art (DA) page. For those of you who may not know, Deviant Art is a website where you can submit your own or view other people’s art from around the world.

Our DA page can be found here: http://keroroworld.deviantart.com

If you have a DA account then please add us as a friend. The DA page allows us to open many new doors. We will hold themed Keroro Gunso art contests in which you may earn Keron Gold and your piece will be submitted onto our page. If you wish to share any of your Keroro art with us to fill up our DA page then please do so by sending it in a note. Further details of sending art by DA or if you don’t have a DA page, contests information will be available in a thread in the forums soon~

Official Keroro Shop!?!

Posted by: Pekoball on February 3rd, 2008

cineplex.jpgHey guys, a bit of old news, but I think some of you would find this interesting. There is an Official Keroro Gunso Shop opened in the Chiba prefecture (千葉) in last October. It’s a little bit like the “Pokemon Centers” in various parts of Japan, only that this is the first one of Keroro Gunso and that it’s of a smaller scale. It is only a section in this building called the “Cineplex“. They carry all kinds of Sgt. Frog goods there though, so if any of you will be in Tokyo, make sure you don’t miss it!! You can go here to check the official link for the Cineplex. It’s in Japanese, but you can explore around and find out what they have there. Just FYI, that’s where you pick up the pre-ordered figures of Dark Keroro & Nasca. BTW, Don’t forget to print out your February Calendar~! Have a good one! ^_^

5 Ticket Designs~ gerori~~

Posted by: Pekoball on January 13th, 2008

movie3-ticks.jpgAs you know, you can get all kinds of things nowadays in convenient store in Japan. Besides the usual reading materials and eatables, you can also get tickets to practically anything in a convenient store. So why am I mentioning this? It’s because Lawson, a well established convenient store chain in Japan, is offering 5 different ticket designs for customers to choose from when they buy their tickets to see Keroro the 3rd movie. The image above contain those designs, click on it to enlarge. Just FYI, price of tickets for children 3yrs old~Middle Schoolers is 800 yen, for Adults it is 1300 yen. If you buy a pair of parent and child tickets it will beco_kero06.gif 2000 yen. Such a good way to promo parents to spend more time with their kids.

FYI: Download section is fixed!! Thanks to Foburro-san ~

Nasca & D. Keroro!

Posted by: Pekoball on December 16th, 2007

nasca_dkero.jpg Who the heck are they~? well, if you would go back to an older post (deep breathing…), you will know that they are Dark Keroro and the mysterious girl- Nasca that were mentioned in the synopsis. The image at left though, shows a 6-inch, fully painted PVC figure that is quite exclusive apparently (only 5,000 made!!!). This is the original design by Yoshizaki Mine. It is supposedly on pre-order starting in Nov. 30th of 07, official sale in Jan 08, and retails at about USD $43. In any case, it will be way too expensive and difficult to get it. Though it does look real nice… =(

A Truely Happy Meal =)

Posted by: Pekoball on November 26th, 2007

happy-set.jpgHere’s another news that would make you wish if only the Keroro invasion in America would move faster…lol. The McDonalds of Japan are offering 66 different Keroro Gunso key chains/figures with Japan’s Happy Meal equivalent, Happy Set. They have been on sale since October 30th supposedly. You can check them all out in this link. Once you are in the page, click on the green oval in the lower right corner to see more, click around and ultimately you will see all 66 of them!! Don’t let the image fool you, though they can be key chains, the figures themselve are actually a good 1.5 – 2 inches tall!!  @.@

Darth Keroro!? (heavy breathing…)

Posted by: Pekoball on November 15th, 2007

kero-v-dkero.jpgHere’s a photo of a promotional event in Japan, with Keroro along side by Dark Keroro (look familiar? LOL!!). And here’s the synopsis of the Keroro Movie 3. It starts out with Keroro Platoon going along a trip with Fuyuki to the ancient ruins of the mysterious Incas. While Fuyuki marvels at the great ruins, the Keroro Platoon is secretly carrying another invasion op. In doing so, they get lost within the ruin and accidentally triggers some traps. As they are fleeing from the ruin, Fuyuki notices a mysterious girl within the ruin… … After they return to Tokyo, a mysterious Keronian that highly resembles Keroro appears suddenly. Meanwhile, a mysterious castle also appears in the sky, and strange event starts to happened all over the world… and… I’m afraid you have to catch the rest in the theater… or like me, in a future DVD, that seems to be centuries away from now.
