A holiday of cheer and joy

On it’s way

For both Pekoponijns and invaders

Big and small

Shoppers scurrying about

Daily duties going about

Vacations for all

Invasion plans are done

Hinata household busy today

No plans in store tonight

The yellow frog in the lab

Enjoying a plate of curry in his hand

No evil invention in mind

Ready for the approaching day to come

Hey everyone~! Its been a while since I last posted!! Anyways, Its 8.8.08! Time for the Olympics once again. I thought It’s a special enough occasion to make a post…?? ^_^ I’m sure most of you have seen this image while you were searching for episodes, images and what not, but it’d be wrong if we don’t put this on the site now! =P Hope they will do some Keroro/Olympic episodes~!! oh yeah! enjoy the Olympics and GO USofA!!!!

Its 2008!! Have your resolutions ready? We here at KeroroWorld want to continue to improve the site and to provide new services and materials for all Keroro Gunso (Sgt. Frog) fans to enjoy! After Keroro made his guest appearance in Heroes back in 06, he continues his invasion yet again this year, only this time he hits the big screen!! In the recent comedy: Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium, there is a shot where you can clearly see a live size Keroro plush on the floor along side one of the kids. It only make sense wouldn’t you say, that a toy store of that caliber would have Keroro stuffs? Naturally~! Even though “Sergeant Frog” is not in the States just quite yet, the platoon have already begun their glorious invasion. It’s only a matter of time. WHAHAHahahaha~

Without much notice, the phenomenon of Keroro Gunson (Sgt. Frog) has already seeped into the US of A. In the highly successful NBC serie “Heroes“, there is actually a short scene where Keroro had made a brief appearance. When the character Hiro Nakamura (play by Masi Ohka) first appears in his office, you can clearly see that there is a Keroro figure right in front of his monitor, next to a Godzilla figure. Besides putting a bunch of Asians on a floor packed with cubicals, flashing Keroro and Godzilla in a frame just proves to be the thing that solidifies the show’s attempt to convey “Japaneseness”. In any case, Keroro would be proud standing next to the iconic Godzilla! ^_^
